SCHEDULES AND GENERAL PROCEDURES

 

Length of the School Day

School begins at 7:40 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.  Since family circumstances may require students to arrive earlier, a Before School Program is provided starting at 6:30 a.m.  Students are required to register for the Before School Program. ALL students must be picked up immediately at dismissal or report to ASCP at 3:10 p.m.

The sequential curriculum which is structured to develop proper values, attitudes, and habits includes courses in Religion, Language Arts (Reading, English, Spelling), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Music, Physical Education, Computer, and Art, and is flexible enough to provide for individual differences and needs.  The school social worker offers a variety of support groups to address students’ needs
